One way this could be improved is by ensuring that the attachments related to identified issues do not expire. This would make it easier to reference them whenever needed. Their system allows you to easily schedule new test runs, flag issues and assign priorities. We have relied heavily on GAT to compliment our in house QA department and testing processes and many issues were found that were not found internally. Their support is also very responsive and we felt like there was always someone we could reach out to and get a quick answer. Occasional issues were raised that weren't bugs. They were either features by design or just not a bug. We also had a few rounds of accessiblity testing carried out which was invaluable and gave us insights in to where we needed to make improvements. The platform was very easy to implement in to our processes and the dedicated support was very responsive. Not a lot! Occassional duplicate issues being raised or issues that weren't actual bugs.
