J’ai eu rendez-vous avec Monsieur Gogiani ce jour afin de découvrir les différentes propositions de contrats d’assurance chez Allianz.
C’est bien la première fois que je me suis sentie autant écoutée. Mes besoins et mes avis ont été pris en compte. J’ai été très bien guidée et conseillée, avec des explications claires et posées, ce qui m’a permis de tout bien comprendre et de prendre des notes.
Je n’ai ressenti aucune pression commerciale pour souscrire à d’autres contrats ou à des formules supplémentaires. Au contraire, tout ce qui m’a été proposé visait réellement à sécuriser ma situation et à éviter de mauvaises surprises à l’avenir.
Je remercie énormément Arik pour le temps qu’il a pris pour me recevoir.
