It provides opportunity to those people that wants to work and earn at home. It is not guaranteed that you will be selected on a test invitation.
The product that is given is good. The testers are thorough and it's easy to distinguish big issues from smaller issues. It's also easy to integrate into different platforms. Certain tests need 'manual signoff' to start, which only works during weekdays, and not weekends sadly.
GAT onboarded on to our complex product very quickly and were providing valuable feedback almost immediately. Their platform is very user friendly and we saw high quality bug reports, including videos, screenshots and detailed instructions to reproduce. Their system allows you to easily schedule new test runs, flag issues and assign priorities. We have relied heavily on GAT to compliment our in house QA department and testing processes and many issues were found that were not found internally. Their support is also very responsive and we felt like there was always someone we could reach out to and get a quick answer. Occasional issues were raised that weren't bugs. They were either features by design or just not a bug. These are easily filtered out but this can create some extra overhead as those issues still need to be reviewed.

I really like the speed with which tests are completed. And the fact that testers give detailed reviews on each test case, helping me gain great insights. The user interface can be improved to be more intuitive and friendly.
You get what you pay for, professional and courteous staff, they always go the extra mile Not much, they are not the cheapest on the market, but worth it
Global app testing has a fantastic customer success team, from envisioning the type of testing that best suits your product, to implementing it and sharing valuable insights, they are always there to help. Nothing comes to mind that I did not like, thank you.
The web interface is easy to use, easy to navigate and a fairly friendly UI. So far, the account creation steps are a bit of a nuisance. But, to be honest, the expeirnece is on par with any major account creation steps from other major sites. This is a very minir drawback compared to any other benefits.
GAT is awesome. The ability to launch exploratory tests on new versions of our software to compliment our in house QA resources was invaluable, giving us confidence to ship to prod more regularly. We also found that GAT was able to find bugs we did'n't find in house due to the large array of devices and set ups the testers were testing on. We also had a few rounds of accessiblity testing carried out which was invaluable and gave us insights in to where we needed to make improvements. The platform was very easy to implement in to our processes and the dedicated support was very responsive. Not a lot! Occassional duplicate issues being raised or issues that weren't actual bugs. GAT did help us iterate on the process to help keep these to a minumum though.
It's very easy to get a lot of eyes on your product quickly. The bug reports are very detailed and have all the needed info. Customer supported integrated in your Slack. As expected, it takes some time to ramp up the team. Still, it wasn't too bad and we had some tickets filed from the first days. If your system is complicated, the team may not find intricate issues.
On time reviews and feedback. Availability of all types of testing for mobile devices in different platforms. Great collaboration and customer support. Nothing to dislike. It was a very good experience.
GAT was ready to adapt to our business needs in terms of structure of cycles and pricing model. Also, the prices offered were very competitive with other offers. Can't think about anything right now though it may be too early for us to call.
Selection of professional software testers in different countries, fast feedback, great customer success management. Good experience in software test planning and assistance in making the most value out of the software testing process. The Jira integration is awesome and helps us with the traceability we need for our compliance. We are a relatively small company and the business model with the 12 months contract does not provide us the flexibility we need. We can plan max 3-6 months ahead, so we would prefer contracts tailored to our software development plans.
The team is super responsive and open to any of our ideas. We also like the platform, simple, yet effective! We didn't have any major issues, maybe we could see more options to testing, a bit more exploratory, even when the service has strict requirements.

The GAT team was engaged throughout our contract. They met with us and seemed to care about our needs. Creating new test runs could take some time to get right, but repeating previous tests was very easy. They were also very helpful in coming up with new test cases. As our business changed, the GAT pricing model was too high to support our new needs. At renewal, if we had credits from the previous year, we would lose half of them.
What we like best about Global App Testing is the ability to seamlessly integrate functional tests into our existing workflow. This integration has not only improved the quality of our product but also enhanced our development efficiency. While Global App Testing offers excellent services, one area for improvement could be their reporting interface. It can sometimes be a bit complex to navigate, especially for team members who are less familiar with technical details.
Global app testing offers great help in localization testing and testing with specific demograhics. We figured out many important issues before our release which helped in our customer satisfaction and preventing business losses. Sometimes the test cycle takes more than 48 hours especially when we have to find a specific niche of testers due to recruitment processes which can impact the speed of release and delivery.
