The team at GAT have been incredibly helpful in devising plans that meets our testing requirements across a range of functional and non-functional cases. Ralph and Izabella are both quick to respond and always ready to assist with any issue or request we have. The testing process is also efficient, and we consistently receive speedy, detailed product feedback. Occasionally, some of the feedback we receive isn’t entirely relevant or within the scope of what needs to be tested. That said, it’s easy to sift through, and most of the time the responses are of good quality.
The team is very responsive and knowledgeable, and they’re able to scale up and tailor their processes to our needs. They’re also open and transparent in how they operate, and they communicate promptly, without unnecessary delays. Our account lead Abbie is very proactive in supporting us and effective in guiding her team to meet our expectations. Their approach to the pricing model can feel a bit rigid, and at times it misses the chance to be more customer-oriented.
Global App Testing has been a strong addition to our QA process, especially for release certification of our mobile applications. The ability to quickly expand our testing capacity using on-demand, real-device testing has helped us keep pace with tight release schedules. The broad device coverage improves confidence in our releases and helps uncover issues earlier. The platform is flexible and fast, making regression cycles much more manageable, and onboarding was straightforward. Ralph has been excellent to work with — always responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in ensuring we get the most value from the platform. At times, issues raised are expected behavior rather than defects, creating some additional review effort.
Global tester community provides excellent coverage across devices, platforms, and real-world scenarios, helping identify issues that might otherwise be missed. The platform is easy to use, reporting is clear and actionable, and communication throughout the process is smooth and responsive. Ralph and Andreea are always great and responsive with any questions. Maybe more flexibility to generate test report and UI improvements on the dashboard when launching test request and highlight specs easily
It's very easy to use the app and request something to test. The results are delivered very quick and are very detailed. People arround the world can test so you can verify different internet connection and languages. Special mentioned to Abbie Sparks who always help us in everything we need. Sometimes testing can go further that what you asked. That's good for the app but you may need to review results for something you didn't ask for.
We find the team at Global App Testing, including Abbie Sparks and Alexandru Dochian to be very helpful in helping us to achieve out testing goals. The team is responsive and the results are accurate and detailed. We find the quality of the reports and flexibility to use Test Cases, Exploratory testing or other methods to be very helpful, allowing us to use a streamlined and efficient QA process. The only minor downside with using GAT is that we do not have a direct line of communication to the crowd source testers, which can result slightly slower response when needing follow up on test result or question.
I appreciate how easy it is to read the test results, and I can always count on them being delivered promptly. Any issues encountered along the way are quickly resolved and the communication with the team is very ease. I've particularly worked with Ralph Walendy-Wrigley and Paul Chinta-Muresan and everything went smooth each time. I use their service at least once a week for regression testing of the entire web app and sometimes for feature testing also. Their web platform is very easy to use even if you have a lot of test cases that you need covered. One way this could be improved is by ensuring that the attachments related to identified issues do not expire. This would make it easier to reference them whenever needed. Also, JIRA integration would also be nice
Working with Global App Testing has been a very positive experience. The quality of the testing is consistently high, and communication is clear and efficient. The team is professional and easy to work with, truly feeling like a partner rather than just a vendor. Special mention to Abbie Sparks for her responsiveness and collaborative approach, which makes the entire process smooth and well coordinated. So far, there is nothing to highlight. Our experience has been consistently positive.

I like Global App Testing because it supports release certification for our mobile apps by extending our QA capacity with on-demand, real-device testing. It helps us solve our need for speed and scale during regression. I appreciate the real-device coverage as it increases coverage, helps catch issues, and provides peace of mind. The flexibility of Global App Testing allows us to quickly scale testing, and its speed helps with test executions to meet our timelines. Setting it up was fairly easy too. Ralph has also been great to work with - responsive, helpful, and proactive in making sure we get what we need from the platform. Occasionally, reported defects can't be reproduced internally due to changes in requirements or environment.
It gives so many options available to use and the platform is easy and quick to learn. Slowness and performance issues sometimes.

Test results have been shared by the tester in the requested format. finding a tester in Canada and ontario takes considerable amount of time
The speed of test results and accurate feedback. There can be some false positives but easy to replicate following tester steps.
Global App Testing is super easy to use for my web agency as we test and work to improve our products. The platform is easy to setup, customer services is always around to help, and we use it weekly to ensure things are looking good. I have not found much to dislike about Global App Testing at this time.
They were so easy to work with, really liked having a project manager to help with managing testing. They were very flexible and open to our needs/feedback, even hosted a training session with testers to ensure they understood the nature of our business. I think most companies that rely on freelancers have some issues with consistency/quality –having a project manager from GAP helped with this a lot but there were still a few instances were bugs were raised with different levels of quality feedback.

It is very fast to launch a test and get the testing started There is still some manual steps required, these could be automated
I liked the part where people leave their opinions regarding the tested system. Finding feedback takes a while, this part is not intuitive.

I especially appreciate the speed at which results come in within hours in most cases and the detailed bug reports with reproducible steps and screenshots. It integrates easily into our CI/CD pipelines, allowing our team to maintain velocity without sacrificing quality. There are occasional inconsistencies in tester feedback, especially when testing very niche use cases. While this is rare, a more standardized template or pre-test calibration for testers could improve consistency further. Additionally, deeper integrations with tools like Jira or Slack would make triaging even more seamless.
