The Great Meadows of Tilleul — Low-Carbon Agriculture | CO2 Storage

This agricultural project of 162.6 hectares located in the municipality of Thorigné d'Anjou implements virtuous practices to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and increase carbon storage in soils, thus contributing to sequestering 1,068 tons of CO₂ over its lifetime. The project, certified by the CARBON AGRI method of the Low-Carbon Label, promotes more resilient and sustainable agricultural ecosystems. On the ground, one can observe white cattle grazing peacefully in a green environment. The grass is well-maintained, reflecting sustainable pasture management. This natural setting and the practices in place contribute to the health of the animals and the preservation of the local ecosystem, thus reinforcing the project's commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly agriculture.
