GENERAL PROVISIONS

Thank you for your trust. Throughout the duration of your contract, Allianz teams will mobilize to meet your expectations.

Your contract consists of 2 documents:

• These General Provisions: they describe the content of the guarantees, Packs, and options we offer you. They specify how compensation works in the event of a claim as well as the life of your contract.
• Your Specific Provisions: they include your personal declarations. They indicate the effective date of your guarantees and specify the Packs, options, and deductibles you have chosen as well as your premium. They also include specific clauses to adapt the contract to your situation.

In case of contradiction, your Specific Provisions always take precedence over the General Provisions.

We offer you:

• three formulas to cover your basic needs,
• three Packs to provide you with extra comfort,
• four options to allow you to adjust your contract.

2. Practical services

Find the details of your guarantees, Packs, and options in your client area on allianz.fr. Easily access your contracts and practical information from your Mon Allianz mobile app (available on Apple Store or Play Store).

We make certain documents available to you through the e-mail service. As soon as a new document is available, you are notified by email or SMS.
