Have you invested in an apartment or a loft to rent it out?
Since March 2014, the Alur law (law for access to housing and renovated urban planning) requires you to insure against civil liability risks that you incur as a co-owner. The Allianz habitation “special investor” contract perfectly meets this obligation.

In addition to essential guarantees such as civil liability, fire, water damage, you can choose theft-vandalism, glass breakage, assistance, electrical damage, and subscribe to suitable legal protection.

With the Assistance guarantee...

You benefit from numerous solutions for everyday problems:

• Organization and coverage of a repairman (travel and labor) in case of failure of your electrical, heating, plumbing installations...
• Telephone information on taxation, taxes, inheritances, management of your real estate...

We also support you in the event of a claim affecting your apartment (or loft):

• Guarding, cleaning by a specialized company,
• Organization and coverage of your premature return if you are traveling....

Is it important for you to insure your household and electronic appliances?

The Electrical Damage option covers them (1) against lightning or electrical action.

Is your tenant not paying their rent?

With the Legal Protection option, you have access to:

• A telephone service to obtain legal information to prevent any disputes,
• Judicial assistance for any disputes related to your property.

We thus support you in asserting your rights and cover all or part of the lawyer, expert, bailiff fees, to help you recover unpaid rents.

You can also choose to be covered:

• For the repayment of your loan
  Your real estate, financed by a loan, has become uninhabitable following a covered claim? With this Reinforcement, your repayment installments are covered for the time necessary to restore your apartment (2).

• For additional costs
  The Financial Loss Reinforcement allows for covering, following a covered claim, the fees of decorators, design offices, your expert...

THE ALLIANZ PLUS

The apartment you rent is temporarily uninhabitable following a covered claim. We provide you with financial security and reimburse you for up to 1 year of rent for the payments you have been deprived of.

(1) Goods less than 10 years old located inside your apartment (or loft).
(2) Within the limit of 12 months and for a maximum of 16,000 euros.
