From the moment you join, you benefit from the guarantees of Allianz Health, without medical formalities or waiting periods(2). You can join regardless of your age.

A progressive discount is offered based on the family composition present in the contract.

Coverage from level 1 of the Comfort range

• For alternative medicine (osteopath, homeopath, occupational therapist, cryotherapy, ...).
• For common prescribed non-reimbursed treatments (medications and analyses).
• In hospitalization(2), for your private room and medical fees including outpatient care.
• For contact lenses reimbursed or not by Social Security.

An offer tailored for self-employed workers

Allianz Health, except for the Eco guarantee, is a responsible contract. You can therefore deduct the contributions from your taxable income(3), under the Madelin law.

Additional guarantees to strengthen your health coverage in case of hospitalization

Do you want a solution to cover expenses not covered by your Allianz complementary health insurance?
With the Hospital Package guarantee, receive an additional flat-rate allowance of up to €280 for each hospitalization(4):

• €50 for day hospitalization or €100 if you stay at least one night.
• To this amount, €150 is added in case of surgical intervention + €30 for any preoperative expenses.

1901 Law

It underwrites health and welfare insurance contracts with Allianz. It allows self-employed members to benefit from the deduction of insurance contributions from their taxable income.

The ADPS is a local association focused on its members that allows you to benefit from collective expertise in social and solidarity actions and the development of health information and prevention.
