DMO Fees 2026 - Dites Moi Oui: Wedding Planning Rates and Services

Our Collections
Price: Starting from €15,000.00 for the organization and coordination on the day.
Dites Moi Oui takes care of the total organization of your big day, without limit on the number of service providers to manage, according to your expectations, desires, and budget. You control each step of the preparation, and we are here to listen to you throughout the project's development.
Finally, on the big day, the agency assigns coordinators on-site. They handle the welcome and coordination of the wedding participants, ensure the smooth running of the day (coordination of suppliers, adherence to schedules, seating plan, guest transfers, cocktail, meal, evening...) and manage all unforeseen events.
Note: All prices are exclusive of tax (HT), the applicable VAT is 20%.
- Travel expenses are calculated based on actual costs (for train or plane tickets; invoice required) or according to the current tax mileage rate (for cars €0.80/km and toll fees).
Included in this price:
- Unlimited meetings with the couple
- Support for the couple in finding a venue
- Logistical management of an unlimited number of service providers
- Coordination on the big day by 2 project managers
To be added depending on the difficulty of the event:
- Project managers for the coordination on the big days (€400 HT per staff)
- Team of handlers for the big day (price to be defined)
Not included in this price:
- Travel expenses* and living expenses of the coordinators
- Management of your guests' accommodation
- Management of your guests' transfers
- Graphic creations, website creation
- Management of the installation of a tent or covering structure and its derivatives
- Organization and/or coordination of the brunch or any other additional days, evenings.
Price: Starting from €18,500.00 for the organization and coordination on the big day and €500.00 per day for the coordination of the installation (or dismantling) of the tent and its derivatives the day before or two days before the wedding.
With the installation of a complex covering structure requiring numerous scouting and more intense logistics (electricity, lighting, flooring, dance floor, etc...), we have developed a special formula for this configuration of weddings.
