D-Day Organization and Coordination

• Rate: starting from €15,000.00
• Included:
  • Unlimited meetings with the couple
  • Support for the couple during venue visits
  • Management of an unlimited number of suppliers
  • On-site coordination on the wedding day
• Can be added depending on the event scenario:
  • Project managers to coordinate events (starting from €400 excl. VAT per staff)
  • Transport staff and labor for the wedding day (pricing to be confirmed)
• Not included:
  • Travel expenses from Marseille*
  • Planning and/or coordination of other events
  • Guest accommodation management
  • Guest transportation management
  • Design & printing
  • Website design
  • Tent project management

Destination Wedding

• Rate: starting from €18,500.00 for the wedding day organization and coordination on the wedding day + €500.00 per day for tent setup if reliable.
• Included:
  • Unlimited meetings with the couple
  • Support for the couple during venue visits
  • Management of an unlimited number of suppliers
  • On-site coordination on the wedding day
• Can be added depending on the event scenario:
  • Project managers to coordinate events (starting from €400 excl. VAT per staff)

Wedding Day Coordination

  • Meeting with the couple
  • Management of logistical details on the wedding day
• Can be added:
  • Additional project managers depending on the style of the event
• Not included:
  • Travel expenses from Marseille*
  • Coordination of other events

Management of Key Stages

• Rate: starting from €2,500.00
• Not included: travel expenses for visits*.

À la Carte Services

Venue Sourcing

• Included: search for venues that meet your requirements.

Other Services

• Rate: starting from €1,500.00 (for 1 to 60 guests) - per guest: contact us
• Not included: stamp and office fees.
• Shuttle service: starting from €1,000.00 - requires precise management between drivers, hotels, and guests.

*We calculate our travel expenses as follows: actual price of train and plane tickets / €0.80 per kilometer for car + additional toll fees (adjusted according to current tax policy).
