YOUR INSURED PROPERTY
I. Your professional premises
This refers to the premises of which you are (co)owner at the address indicated in the Specific Provisions and in which you carry out your professional activity, namely:
- the main buildings or parts of buildings, their dependencies, including covered terraces,
- rigid modular constructions and structures,
- private energy production installations, solar panels (including photovoltaic), fixed to the insured buildings,
- real estate installations and improvements,
- premises that you occupy for private use with an area of 50 m² or less,
- premises with an area of 300 m² or less of which you are the owner or tenant if you own shares or stocks in the owning company, and that you rent out.
Along with the buildings, the following external properties are also insured:
- the walls of fences or enclosures, hard access gates,
- retaining walls essential for the stability of the buildings,
- terraces adjacent to your buildings as well as their stairs,
- antennas and satellites fixed on a building,
- tanks, cisterns, and reservoirs, fixed (buried or not), as well as their conduits and pipelines, and compliant with regulations on the storage of flammable liquids and gases.
If you are a co-owner, the building includes the private part that belongs to you and your share in the common areas.
If you are a tenant, we guarantee:
- your civil liability regarding these properties under the conditions provided for in the civil liability guarantee for fire/water damage below,
- the real estate installations and improvements carried out by yourself as a tenant (or other non-owner occupant) or taken over with the current lease as long as they have not become the property of the landlord.
