INSURED PROPERTY (FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE GUARANTEES)
I. The property designated in the Particular Provisions of your contract
That is to say:
- all buildings including outbuildings, identified by their developed area;
- the installations and real estate improvements subject to the 2nd exclusion that follows;
- the retaining walls essential to the stability of the buildings;
- the boundary walls or fences including gates and portals;
- antennas and satellite dishes.
If the property is classified or registered in whole or in part as a Historic Monument, or is considered a castle or manor, it will only be covered if this declaration is expressly made in the Particular Provisions.
Not insured are:
- Land, trees, and plantations.
- When the contract is taken out on behalf of a condominium association, according to the mention in the Particular Provisions: the installations and real estate improvements located in the private parts of the occupying or non-occupying co-owners (these assets must be covered by a Multi-risk insurance taken out personally by each co-owner). However, this exclusion does not apply to the installations and real estate improvements of non-occupying co-owners in the absence of personal insurance. It also does not apply when the insured has taken out this contract personally as a co-owner, according to the mention in the Particular Provisions.
- Installations and real estate improvements not solidly connected to the insured buildings.
- Terraces other than on roofs and their stairs.
- Pergolas and greenhouses.
