BODYCOMBAT™ - Fitness Class
Inspired by martial arts and non-contact, BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-intensity class that will work your arms, legs, back, shoulders, and core. The program includes movements from karate, taekwondo, boxing, muay thai, capoeira, and kung fu, set to energizing and motivating music! You will burn a maximum of calories, develop your coordination, agility, and speed. Over time, you will see yourself progress and feel stronger. BODYPUMP™ - Full Body Workout
BODYPUMP™ is a full body workout characterized by high repetition of movements performed with light to medium weights to burn up to 540 calories. Foundation does not mean easy: we build, we strengthen, we challenge ourselves with precision. It is the recommended starting point to discover the Reformer at Pyra. The goal is not to go fast, but to go further in technique and movement quality. Shapes™ - Low Impact Strength Training
The Shapes™ is a low impact strength training inspired by Pilates, barre, and power yoga.
